Bring your family and friends to this stylish 3 BR property minutes away the Oceano Dunes entrance. Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 9 and less than a mile to the beach and dunes - you can't go wrong!!

Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2.5 bath:

*Primary bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite on upper level, sleeper sofa in game room
*Two guest bedrooms - One Queen, One twin over full with trundle
*Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining
(All bedrooms upstairs)

In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 2 cars in garage and street parking.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Lawn care will be performed on Wednesdays.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
