Welcome to Pioneer Ranch! Bring your family and friends to this architectural dream! This property has been fully renovated by the former design director at Pottery Barn. The Tower House renovation turned a former old hippy ranch into a Mid Century Ranch Dream! This beautiful property boasts a great room with 20 foot ceilings, modern kitchen and stunning dining/ living areas for viewing the property's country side as well as private bedrooms and bathrooms (each with a mini kitchenette). Next to the great room you enter the music saloon with which possesses a vibe Nashville would be proud of! The sprawling covered patio and giant sky deck overlook the California Coastal Mountains and wineries.

Amazing location, sleeps 12, and with awe dropping architecture you can't go wrong! There is so much to see the discoveries in this house are endless!

*Privacy is limited on second level bedrooms with limited doors.

Property is in the country on a dirt road so there can be wildlife and dust present.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking available up to 5 cars.

Pioneer Ranch is ideal for photo shoots, musician/ artist retreats, yoga retreats (inquire with host)

There is a second "Dome" house on the property rented separately. Inquire with host if interested in both properties.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as a Smart TV so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport.

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
